2 Nephi 11:78-80 And as I spake concerning the convincing of the Jews that Jesus is the very Christ, It must needs be that the Gentiles be convinced also that Jesus is the Christ, the Eternal God, And that He manifesteth Himself unto all they that believe in Him by the power of the Holy Ghost, Yea, unto every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, working mighty miracles, signs, and wonders among the children of men according to their faith. But behold, I prophesy unto you concerning the last days,

2 Nephi 13:17-18 Yea, then cometh the baptism of fire and of the Holy Ghost, And then can you speak with the tongue of angels and shout praises unto the Holy One of Israel. But behold, my beloved brethren, thus came the voice of the Son unto me, saying: “After that ye have repented of your sins, And witnessed unto the Father that ye are willing to keep My commandments by the baptism of water, And have received the baptism of fire and of the Holy Ghost, And can speak with a new tongue, yea, even with the tongue of angels– And after this should deny Me, It would have been better for you that ye had not known Me.”

2 Nephi 14:2-3 But behold, why do ye ponder these things in your hearts? Do ye not remember that I said unto you that after that ye have received the Holy Ghost, ye could speak with the tongue of angels? And now, how could ye speak with the tongue of angels save it were by the Holy Ghost? Angels speak by the power of the Holy Ghost, wherefore, they speak the words of Christ.

Omni 1:44-45 And believe in prophesying, and in revelations, and in the ministering of angels, and the gift of speaking with tongues, and in the gift of interpreting languages, and in all things which are good; For there is nothing which is good, save it comes from the Lord, And that which is evil cometh from the devil.

Alma 7:31 And having the spirit of prophecy and the spirit of revelation and also many gifts–the gift of speaking with tongues and the gift in preaching and the gift of the Holy Ghost and the gift of translation,

Mormon 4:86-88 Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature; And he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, But he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe–In My name shall they cast out devils; They shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; And if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; They shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. And whosoever shall believe in My name, doubting nothing, unto him will I confirm all My words, even unto the ends of the earth.

Moroni 10:10-12 For behold, to one is given by the Spirit of God, that he may teach the word of wisdom; And to another, that he may teach the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; And to another, exceeding great faith; And to another, the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; And again, to another, that he may work mighty miracles; And again, to another, that he may prophesy concerning all things; And again, to another, the beholding of angels and ministering spirits; And again, to another, all kinds of tongues; And again, to another, the interpretation of languages and of divers kinds of tongues. And all these gifts come by the Spirit of Christ; And they come unto every man severally, according as He will.
